About

Why we built this.

I walked onto Wesleyan football never having watched the sport. They handed me a 70-page playbook I couldn’t learn. So I built a way teams could.

Why this exists

I spent my first season watching teammates flip past pages they’d never read, coaches draw the same play three different ways, and teaching live and die in one room. Nothing about how the game was taught had changed in fifty years.

PDFs nobody opened. Whiteboards photographed and lost in chat. Group chats that started serious and turned into memes by Thursday. The plays were good — the way we taught them was the bottleneck.

So we built a real teaching surface. Plays, animated, on every player’s phone. Comms, schedule, roster, and film live in the same place because they have to. The teams that try it tell the next ones — that’s the only growth model that matters at this stage.

Team

The team behind it.

Built by people who’ve been on the rosters and in the meeting rooms — for the coaches running them.

What we believe

Teams don’t need another chat app. They need a better way to teach the game.

The 70-page playbook is not a teaching tool. The duct-taped stack of GroupMe + Sheets + clip threads is not infrastructure. Programs that take their seasons seriously deserve software that takes them seriously back.

We’re building the part of the stack nobody else will: the part where the coach’s teaching actually gets to the player.
